Another Wine Review

Aveleda "Charamba" Douro - 2000, Red. Price paid: US$6.99
Now, I know what you're probably thinking "a review of some really cheap wine barely suitable for vagrants", but hear this one out. I noticed a Wine Spectator rating of 86 on the tag around the bottle neck, so I thought it proper to give this one a chance. I really haven't an excuse for the price; now that Portugal is on the Euro standard, I cannot claim that they're being exploited nicely by more economically powerful countries that buy low and sell high.
This is a wonderful little red I must say. I would compare it with a blend of a mediocre Beaujolais and say a quality Montalcino. This is a fabulous red table wine very suited for even moderatly fancy home dinners. High bang for the buck factor, I give this an 8.8/10 rating.
Daily toil.

As I sit here staring across the room at the Russian Cyrillic alphabet that I have printed out on individual sheets of A4 paper and hung up on the wall, I feel the life being sucked out of me, for there is no escape and I will never prosper. Deep inside of me, I feel a pit of emptiness and yearn for a destiny which doesn't entail a day-to-day struggle against the current of the modern trend of capitalist success and prosperity. I wish to seek inner peace in the woodland.

My best friend Lance Armstrong, the Texan, has
mopped the floor with all of those frogs. I don't even particularly enjoy bicycling, but the success of Lance Armstrong is in fact an indirect result of my belated interest in
Le Tour de Lance, and hence I deserve credit for the coming glorious victory of another
American on
french soil.
Vive le Lance!

A Tale of Two CitiesSupermarkets
Okay, so there's no strike-through for titles. Anyhow, let us consider "rich" supermarket A on one side of the street, and on the other side of the street "poor" supermarket B. You know what I'm talking about. Market A looks clean, has middle class patronage, is well lit, etc. Market B is kinda dingy-looking, white trash poor people shop there, they sell pigs feet, snouts, and all kinds of disgusting poor people foodstuffs.
